This mug fits under my Keurigs so it seemed ideal. I bought two, one for home and for the office. First thing I noticed was that it looked and felt cheaply made - definitely not worth $18 each. It keeps the coffee reasonably hot, much longer than in a ceramic mug; however, it leaks. Both from under the top rim and at the bottom. I don't know how this could happen as there were no visible cracks in the lining but, I've attached a photo. At first it was barely noticeable, but became worse with each use. After the hot liquid was inside, I could hear a high-pitched whistling sound from the heat causing pressure and forcing liquid through the opening(s). I contacted Amazon and, since it had been within 30 days of purchase, Amazon provided a full refund after I returned the mugs. Thank goodness for great Amazon customer service.

I really think this is a scam. After using this p.o.s. for a few weeks with optimism and regurgitating some of the lines from some of the reviews here I realized wow I hate this cup. And I'll tell you why. First the lid. It catches quickly and securely so securely that the entire liner of the cup starts spinning with your hand.. so when you think you're getting the lid screwed extra tight, you aren't. This will frustrate you so you will hold the liner and the cap and all of a sudden the lid pops off in a jolt and yes you be spilling coffee. Surprise! Lack of tightness on the lid leads to a drip that rides around the threading and hits your chin on every sip. Drip. Nice white shirt. Splash. Drip. Not done yet. The lid slides about 3mm allowing hardly any coffee to come out unless you slurp or hold the cup above your head and pour you only get about a thimble of coffee on an hour commute to work. Constant slurps and pulls on the lid lead to many many spills. I'm a painter and normally don't care about little things but wow. This is a real joke. I hate how they advertise for this cup, such lies. Whoever went to the effort to make this product, find a better supplier or do something different.. how hard can it be to make a cup with a lid. SHAME.

Good travel mug. Keeps liquid warm/hot. I would prefer a larger size 18-24 oz. and would like to see this Day Mug offered in a variety of colors, like black or midnight blue. But Nice mug to use on the way into work.

Thank goodness for a 100% money back guarantee, you'll need it. The mug leaks through the lid. I got this as a Christmas gift and she couldn't use it because every time she would take a drink it would dribble all down the front of her shirt. I had to order a different one and I'm returning this one. Crappy product for the price.

This is a very nice travel mug. I drink a lot of coffee, and I carry a cup around with me when I go in the car. I found that this mug keeps my coffee hot for a nice long time. It has a wide top, so it is easy to fill. The lid fits on securely so I don't have to worry about spills. And best of all, it is shaped so it will fit in the cup holder in my car. This is not always the case. I also like being able to put this mug in my dishwasher. All in all, a great purchase. I am very happy with it.

There are so many travel mugs available, it can be hard to choose one.
