Great spice!
Iโve never been into curry, but found a good recipe and used this garam masala. Love it! I always get compliments and requests for the recipe. Good value for great flavor.

If you're on a budget or can't find your usual brand this will do in a pinch. I find it tasted best on liver dishes. But it worked well with my chicken curry, although I could taste the difference. I will buy again if my usual brand is out of stock, unless I find something better.

Hard to fine
The space is very hard to find where I live in Virginia. Itโs one of my favorite spices to use butter chicken with. My kids are really picky eaters enjoy it as well. I love that the flavors are so deep and strong. It really marinates deeply and brings flavors to the bones.

Yummy spice blend!
This garam masala was recommended to me in my local Indian grocery store and we loooooove it! Since we moved away, I don't know of an Indian grocer here, so I ordered off amazon. Same great product! I think it's a well balanced spice blend and isn't too heavy on cinnamon or cloves, which is one of peeves with other ones we've tried. If you're looking for a great recipe to try with it, google cooking light's chicken tikka pizzas. They're the best and this spice is perfect for them! We also do curries and other dishes with it. While I know we could make our own blend, why should I when this one is great!?

Excellent Garam Masala Spice Blend
I can't find Garam Masala locally so I turned to Amazon. After reading reviews of various Garam Masala spice blends I saw frequent complaints of spices being stale or too strong in one flavor (e.g. Cumin). Given the postive reviews and reasonable size/price (I don't need a pound of Garam Masala) I decided to give MDH a try. I was pleased when received that it was wrapped in plastic and had a best if used by date on the package. Upon opening the spices were fragrant and when used to make Butter Chicken in my Instant Pot I was extremely pleased with the results. Will definitely be buying this again.
