I don’t test my glucose levels so I have no idea if this is working I’m just crossing my fingers basically! I’ve been taking these before I eat my OMAD and I’m going to continue to take these because of the good reviews. Hopefully soon I can start testing my blood glucose to see if they’re actually working but so far I have gone to the bathroom (#2) everyday since I started! I read online that it is sort of like a colon cleanse. It gets rid of all your bad bacteria in your gut micro biome so I’m happy about that but it will definitely make you gassy and have some diarrhea issues. Is it worth it?! Probably! lol! If I can help keep my blood glucose down I’m happy with any side effects as long as they’re not too bad.UPDATE! I’ve been taking this for a couple of months now and no more pooping issues at all! I have been able to keep the weight off and still eat my favorite desserts everyday! I will definitely continue on this track with berberine. Although I also take chromium supplements so that could also be helping with weight control. Just my two cents. I hope that helps someone!

I tried this product for a week and had more severe gas pains than usual. It DID curb my hunger, but when it wore off the hunger returned with force and I needed to eat "now". Somehow I was set up for subscriptions and now another bottle arrived and it cannot be returned...

Ok so this works for me to lose weight without exercise. Here is what I did. I’m eating low calories temporarily until next month when I begin working out. I use it after eating because I violently throw up if I use it before. I also take multivitamins and probiotics (berberine is an anti microbial so you need probiotics) with it. This combination keeps my sugar cravings away. My carbs are also low (I’m not doing keto) and I focus on protein. I remain full all day with this diet. I’m down 7lbs in a month without exercise. I’ve tried this diet without berberine, multivitamin and probiotic and I never lost weight this fast.

This has been one of my go-to supplements for a very long time. Prefer the natural route as opposed to prescription meds for glucose support.
