3M Aqua-Pure AP810 Replacement Cartridge (Pack of 2)

Does a job. Need to replace every 6 to 12 months depending on water usage. Have acidic water and use an 3M Cuno APUN 101. This prevents any "dust and grains" from getting into my forced hot water boiler. One hint, get two "wrenches" to remove. Also, grease the O ring after each change.

Convenient to purchase and received quickly. Been using this unit for several years and it removes iron oxide from the water very well.

Water filter

These are not OEM as you are led to believe. They diameter and height are a bit smaller and the ridges are different. The filter material in itself seems to be the same but the plastic is harder and the black rubber ring fell off the moment I opened it. I can see why they wrap them in bubble wrap. Its a cheap china rip off. The sticker itself says made in china and there's no 3M brand on the top as shown in my old filter.I'm updating this review to 3 stars because the seller got back to me and is refunding me the entire amount of my order 3 months after the transaction was completed. This item may work for some who are in need of saving a few bucks, but I prefer OEM, and choose not to test the product with the drinking water I provide for my family.Let's hope they remove the 3M name from this listing or provide a true Aquapure product.
