WeldingCity 5-pk Gas Nozzle 21-50 1/2" for Lincoln 100L and Tweco Mini/#1 MIG Welding Guns (Pack of 5 Nozzles)

I was afraid these wouldn't my welder as I am fairly new to welding about 2 years into it and don't know too much about it as much as I do my CNC table but long story short these fit perfectly!

I don't use gas so went to a smaller end. It fit fine on a lincoln SP-125-plus gun.

Hard to review the product without reviewing the vendor. Welding City has always described their products accurately and delivered quickly. These nozzles fit and are well made(better quality than what I had). I had a 21-50 nozzle which was too recessed. I've cut back nozzles in the past but decided to try the 21-50F nozzle, and I'm very happy. Almost no recess. And the thickness of the copper and insulator are better. Quality product.

The fit was good and the price was better than the local welding shop or big box store.

Bought a used welder and the nozzle on it was beat. This one screws right on to my Lincoln mig gun and feeds the wire just fine. Haven't used with gas yet but they look identical to the OEM one I pulled off so I don't anticipate any problems. Can't go wrong for the price.

My Lincoln MIG rig came with a 1/2" diameter gas nozzle. I bought these 3/8 nozzles to try out... I really like the narrower tip for getting better visibility on the weld. I have not noticed any degradation in the weld itself (due to smaller gas-flow stream diameter). So far, there doesn't seem to be any downside to using the smaller tip size.

I use these with a Lincoln MIG welder. They are perfect.
