I bought this kettle for my mother after her kettle broke and I can now say years later, its still going strong! It's fast to boil, easy to use and the pattern detailing adds a touch of style

Great price for a good kettle. Like the ease of filling through the lid aperture. Fast boiling but takes it's time to switch off once at the boil.

Great kettle, very stylish

Unless you have a big household that drinks a lot of hot drinks, the smaller size of this kettle is ideal as it stops you from wasting electricity by boiling a smaller volume of water. The exterior casing is easy to clean - just wipes clean - and the design is quite funky too, with a neutral colour fitting in with most kitchen colour schemes. Whilst the innovative filling point is great - no need to remove the lid, just pour water straight through it - it does mean that you inevitably get some limescale appearing in there. This is especially true as when the kettle boils steam comes out through this vent too, and deposits calcium there - maybe only in hard water areas? It's easily sorted though with a little white vinegar and a soak for a couple of hours - and I guess I'd rather have this than a springy lid that breaks after a year or two of regular use. Plus, it's a talking point - and who doesn't need more kitchen gadgets with talking points eh?!

Very pleased with this kettle is a nice cream colour with attractive design and plastic spout filter which won’t deteriorate a problem I’ve had with other kettles that have fine mesh. Fills through lid which fits snuggly but easy enough to remove for cleaning. Water gauge is under the handle would prefer it at the front as it’s a little awkward to see. My only real gripe hence 4 stars is it comes with a black cable why on earth does it not have a white one to match the kettle!!!

Finding a kettle is really hard to do, if you’re like me a do some research online then see how much they are, but always get out off when reading the reviews. I went with this kettle as it did not have as many negative reviews in terms of taste and longevity. Really happy I did, love the idea that I can either remove the lid to fill the kettle or just put it in the top to filter through. EASY. It isn’t noisy in my opinion, it is quick to boil, it is lightweight and I washed it out a couple of times, then booked it a couple of times before I used it and I do not have any horrid taste to the water either. So all in all a great kettle for the price and one I hope will stand the course

Bad design. I would say it's faulty but I know a few people with the same one and they're all the same. Water keeps boiling and boiling, only turns itself off after the whole room is full of steam. It's by far the worst kettle I've ever had. The spout pours, you straighten it up and somehow it keeps on pouring. I get the feeling of regret every time I make a cuppa
