Review: You can feel the tension as soon as you stand up - The packaging was great. The instructions were straight forward. The pictures could be a little bigger, but overall I was able to follow the instructions. I tried it out and I could definitely feel the tension even when I was just walking around. After doing a few of the exercises, I could feel the burn in my legs and I was already winded because of the effort needed to jump. This feels like a great alternative to the more expensive jump trainers.
Review: Great so far - I am medium size and medium build. had the other cheaper one on 60lb. Saw good reviews on this brand, so bought this 120lb to try. This one definitely stronger in design. Have wider adjustment range for different waist size and ankle size. The cord is shorter than the other brand I had. So feel the strength better from the beginning of squatting. Come in nice box. Carrying bag is definitely a plus. I had too many small equipments scattering on the floor. Just see how long it will hold. Will update

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy product but for the thinner people
*by C***C on 13 August 2021*

If you are a size 40+ in the waist the belt will not fit. You cwn manage to get it strapped up to a size 44, but you will not be able to breathe.
