Plaques are missing
I ordered this item but when received the plaques were missing then I put that for exchange but again in exchange too I didn't get plaque cards

Not happy with product
This photo frame whenwe order first tym, one peice frame was broken,hence we requested for replacement. The same issue happened 2nd time. We got broken frame. I decided to keep the product as this has been ordered as a gift and now I don't have tym to go and purchase new one. Also both time family and great sticker were missing. Not happy with this product experience.
