spunj 2pk Ultra Thirsty Sponge Cloth - Pink Soft Absorbent Kitchen Cloths

We’ve been using these sponge cloths for years and keep coming back to them. They’re extremely absorbent, soft, easy to rinse out and ideal for everyday kitchen cleaning. They also last really well compared with many other cloths we’ve tried. The pink colour is a nice touch too. Definitely one of those simple products that just does the job properly — highly recommended.

These are the best great for cleaning and leaving glass streak-free and fantastic value for money. The size is just right great thickness and softness they are a long lasting great durability and even good at dusting clening your taps they leave everything gleaming i would recommend and have bought a few of them always great to have and use.

Aldi sold these branded as Squij a couple of years ago. Excellent product and these are the same under a slightly different name. I use them to dry off after every shower or swim. Saves a wet towel around the house. Keep it in a Tatay 500ml food storage container - see pic - to stop it drying out fully - so long as you use it every day it doesn't get manky from constantly being moist. Old ones get used for drying off the car after washing. Better than a chamois leather. I've bought 8 cos they'll inevitably disappear from the market!

These are very absorbent, I already have the sponge and thought I would try these, they don't hold as much as the sponge but still do a good job. I actually use one for my hair, I have dreadlocks this makes drying them much quicker as it pulls out the majority ad the water. I have cut a strip for my kitchen sink as my tap is close to the back so rinsing things I always end up with a puddle. This is great and stops it running along the bench. The reason for 4 stars is that I washed one in the washing machine and it lost colour and a bit tore off in the cycle, so hand wash only. Which for any cleaning cloths I like to run them through a hot wash cycle to kill germs. I haven't tried to boil one yet, but that's what I will do to clean them.

These are brilliant, soaks up loads of water, decent size, fold up a wring out ,, leaves my windows dry and streak free, they're very effective at soaking up excess water from condensation on windows take 5 mins on bay windows, price is a little higher than I've purchased before in a local shop, but not out of the way because they are the best I've found for the job I need , imwould recommend these for any water jobs you have

Great item as a professional cleaner!

Fantastic cloth. I use one when long distance hiking instead of a towel. It serves my purpose perfectly. Another is used to dry the dog after he has got soaked. Yet another is used instead of a chamois leather to dry the car. We have one in each shower compartment to dry it after use. The uses just go on and on. The shower ones get used daily and the durability is reasonable - we get about 2 years worth of daily use before needing to be replaced.

These sponge cloths are excellent for wiping down glass showers cubicles, a quick wipe with them and all water is absorbed. They leave no streak marks and this definitely helps keep limescale marks off the glass, a plus if like us you live in a hard water area. I have used these cloths for many years now and it has helped my shower look nowhere near as old as it actually is - due a new bathroom now - the glass is pristine but the metal surround of doors looking past their best. Another use in the bathroom is when the tiles steam up, a quick wipe with the sponge cloth removes all moisture leaving a streak free shine, no need to buff or dry with cleaning towel. These cloths definitely deter mould along with good ventiflation from forming in bathrooms and kitchens due to leaving the surfaces dry after wiping down. They are a good size for cleaning and hold alot of water, rinse cloth after use and hang somewhere to dry, it ends up stiff but when needed just a little water turns it soft again. They can be used all over the house where you want to mop up water/moisture but also clean car windows without streaks, especially the windows inside of a car. I think you could probably use them to dry car after cleaning although I have never tried it. Also can be used as a damp duster to mop up dust without spreading it around, which is helpful if you have a asthma sufferer in the house. A very good buy considering you get 2 cloths in seperate packs, rinse and dry - these cloths last for ages, no smell to cloths when they are drying or using, a more hygenic way of cleaning without using extra cleaning products. Just a word of warning, on your first use in shower you might find that as you wipe down, cloth is so absorbent that it has a tendency to cling to tiles/glass and squeak but this disappears with use. Definitely wouldn't want to be without these cloths.
