The battery life is good, and it goes to sleep when not in use. You also have the option to switch it off when not using for an extended time. You can alsl charge it and use the trackpad at the same time. When I opened the product, it instantly connected to my Mac. Of course, it is sleek, and its aesthetic is great. I chose the lightning connector since I felt that the $149 cost was overpriced, so the value for the money made the comfort worth it. It is not a lightweight product and seems to be of good quality.

**Q: Can this be used with windows/pc?**
A: Yes. I currently use it on a Windows 10 PC. Be aware it will not work for scrolling and such out of the box. I installed software from Github to enable scrolling and Windows gestures (I.e. 3 fingers down to show desktop)

**Q: Is this item the apple magic trackpad 2?**
A: This is a newer version and the Magic Trackpad 2 is discontinued. The current version has more rounded corners than Gen 2 and comes with a USB-C to Lightning cable instead of USB-A.

**Q: Anyone used a stylus with this pad? If so which one?**
A: You can use stylus('s) that can operate regular touchscreen devices (IE They mimic your fingers conductivity) 

But as for apple pens, Wacom pens, or sother pecialized styluses I would say no or yes but it removes a lot of the tilt/pressure sensitivities that people look for in those styluses

**Q: Is this trackpad clickable like a macbook trackpad?  does anyone know what bluetooth version it is because apple doesn’t post that info?**
A: It has a haptic response when you click it. There actually isn’t any physical(moving parts) click to it. The response feels like it actually moves. It’s a great product and It’s pretty awesome.
