Hot and flavorful that does not make eating hot peppers a crying game. They are enjoyable to eat !
Needed for authentic Szechuan cooking. It's a different pepper with a different hotness, from regular peppers in America. They are hot but still tasteful. The hotness is one the tip of the tongue and lips and is flavorful then others peppers of the same hotness level. Will ise in place of cayenne pepper. Just what was needed for Asian cooking. Will buy again and recommend. They are on a cayenne level of hotness; but for authentic cooking one needs to use these peppers..

Is what it says
These are smallish (~2") and slightly less hot than I expected. But then again, this allows one to adjust the heat by either chopping them up, or not, depending on what you are looking for. Works well in curries, stews, or stir frys. No debris, no noticeable breakage in the bag.

Perfect for cooking - not packed in oil!
This is what I've been seeking! Sun-dried tomatoes at a good price - and they're not packed in oil, which is way too messy when trying to chop! Highly recommended.

came fast arrived in perfect condition. was glad amazon delivered them they never would have survived the trip with another shipper they would have been crushed red peppers. i wasn't expecting Ghost peppers but i would say for me they are mild expected they would be hotter. Think the next order I will get are some Ghost Peppers give that a try. Other than my preferences towards hotter peppers, they are very good

A little goes a long way
The chili peppers are about the size of a pinky, I believe the fatter and larger ones have a milder spice level and taste to them but these smaller skinnier ones are so spicy and allow a smoother tangier taste. A little really goes a long way with these peppers, they’re so fresh and the quality is truly worth your money. So far I’ve just made some Sichuan Mala Chicken but I can not wait to use these for more dishes.
