## Questions & Answers

**Q: the electrical connector three pin or two ??**
A: 2 and breaks in 1 month

**Q: How can we clean it ?**
A: Hello customer, please pour all the water our first (remember to unplug the power cord in advance), then clean the body with clean water and a soft damp cloth, cotton ball or soft brush. Note that you'd better change the water every day, and completely clean it once a week or so, otherwise the water that has been used for a long time will turn into moisture and be released into the air, which will cause secondary pollution.

**Q: thee pin or two pin socket plug**
