Had to adjust from using another brand how much to apply using a few times a day. At first didn't know what to expect had high hopes for the pain experiencing. Disappointed upon first use but used too much and didn't massage completely into area. It's a creamy slightly watery gel. I'm used to a thicker consistency. Tried again putting a dimes worth on fingertip and went to work on my shoulder blades. There definitely was a difference. Using every day 3-4 ,times gave me good relief lasting 1-2.5 hours based on pain. Would recommend. Not a roll on. Definitely worth trying. .
