I was thrilled to find this item in the large size. I use it for rolling various type of dough, such as cinnamon rolls and pizza crusts, taping down the corners to keep it in place. It is wonderful -- no more messy counter which has to be thoroughly cleaned before and after if putting dough directly on it. It is easy to clean, but might be difficult to wash in a small sink, but doable, I think, as you really only have one side that is a little messy with flour. Also great for cutting up, chopping large quantities of vegetables. I do not use this for meats, and I keep one for rolling out dough, and one for vegetables. I worry that some residue odor of vegetables might stay on the mat. I haven't really noticed that, but nonetheless, keep them separate. Also, the one used for chopping gets little knife marks on it, and for rolling dough, I want one that is pristinely smooth. I believe it says diswasher top shelf safe, but where would you put it? I would not be without this for my large dough rolling tasks. Excellent product.

This is the worst type of cutting board I have ever used. I was cutting onions and it sliced many holes through it the first time I used it. I have other cutting boards that I have had for several months and have not had any issues with it

I'm not sure what this is made of, but I bought it to protect my business counter top from my box cutting blade when I cut down boxes. With medium pressure to ensure I cut all the way through the box with one stroke, my blade went right through the cutting board. Do Not Use with box cutting blades. I'd give one star, but I may have over-estimated the strength of the "cutting board."

Very strong, but still pliable. Easy to clean, and large enough to cover a large area.

Exactly the size I was looking for. This opaque, mat isn't painfully thin, but it's not overly thick if that's what you're looking for. It will NOT stand up to a "right off the stove" hot pot, pan or casserole dish. I wouldn't put a crock pot or griddle on it either. I wanted this one because of the dimensions to fit over a newly installed quartz countertop. Although the counter is said to be knife/ cut-scratch proof, the knife blades will become dull in a hurry if you didn't use something like this and I was sick of digging out cutting boards all the time. It does tend to slide around quite a bit on the polished quartz so I put a small pieces of double sided tape in each corner. Works like a charm.

I guess I didn't pay attention to the size when I ordered this. I have used these plastic, dishwasher safe cutting boards for years and they were always a reasonable size (maybe 14 X 16). This is too large for easy cleaning . It is too big for the dishwasher and is even too big to easily clean in the sink. Would not order again. But, the smaller ones are great.

I love that it is big and flexible. I use this solely for cleaning fish. When I'm doing a lot, I can give it a quick rinse and get right back to work. It's big enough to contain the mess and easy to clean.

read the description, it is a very very thin piece of plastic. not worth the money,
