Tuttle Publishing Singapore Cooking: Fabulous Recipes from Asia's Food Capital

An excellent cookbook with varied Singaporean dishes. All are set out in easy to find sections like Chicken and Duck, Seafood, Meat etc. Good explanatory notes of Singapore ingredients in the foreword. The recipes are easy to follow and each has its own page - important for me when I am cooking not to have to flick over pages. The ingredients are readily obtainable in the main. I would buy this book again and look forward to working my way through the recipes.
