This is a shoe protector of the bottom. I doubt it will hold up through ball room dancing. You might be better off buying specific ball room dancing shoes on sale. These clear protector bottoms might actually shift during your dancing making it difficult if the adhesive rolls up.

Q: Are they reusable? Or can you only use them once and then throw them away after you remove them?

You don’t remove them. You apply them once and leave them on until they begin to wear out.

Q: Do these make the shoes more slippery?

They did not make my shoes slippery.
