I know you don't get a lot, but you don't need a lot to wake up a salad. I can make one package last me through about five salads. Much creamer and more delicate than blue cheese.

Great taste, but the package is very deceiving. Much smaller in quantity than what I buy in my local supermarket for the same amount of money.

Super strong, but overall very rich flavor. Don't put too much on anything as it's that strong. Pricey for what you get.

Usually I buy deli cheese, but in lock down this was the only option. Good if dieting because you need less on your cracker but you still get a satisfying creamy texture and counterpoint tangy taste.

There is no rind on this blue cheese. It is very tender and spreadable. I love it on a cracker with fig jam or creamed honey. I would definitely buy it again, it’s just small and I wanted a lot more. This does not have a bitter or twangy taste. Everything about it is delicious.
