Look good once the pain of installation is over
You'd think this would be a super easy install, but you'd be wrong. What should have taken 5 minutes took closer to an hour. I installed it on my 2-day old 2024 Z900. The installation of the top two bolts, and particularly the nuts that install on the back of the bolts, will certainly cause your blood pressure to spike and thus create the overwhelming need for a large amount of cursing. Or maybe that's just me. I had to get pretty creative to get the top bolts and nuts installed and tightened. Once I finally got it done and had calmed myself down and apologized to various deities for my misuse of their names, I decided I really liked the way it looked on my bike and the obvious protection it provides to my radiator. I then forgave the engineer who put the top bolt holes where he/she did and took back all the things I said should happen to him/her. Also, in fairness, the cover uses the unused holes that Kawasaki provides presumably for this very thing, so the engineer who deserves your impending wrath is the Kawasaki engineer, not the engineer who designed this cover, although they also probably giggled when envisioning customers installing their product on a Z900.

Solid construction and fit - does fit 2020
Can confirm that it fits 2020 Z900 (my bike as shown). Solid material & paint job as well as clearly laser etched Z900. Very happy with the cleaner look that the OEM stamped aluminum crap. Uses 5mm Allen and 10mm wrench or socket

Great Value
Product fits my 2023 Z900 without issues. It is made out of light, sturdy metal. I think it will provide the protection I am looking for for my radiator.Wasn't sure what the foam tape was for but a quick search showed me that it is for the sides of the guard that rest against the radiator once bolted on with the provided hardware. Overall, can't beat the value for money.
