SIMPLY Sugar Free Eggnog Syrup (1 Litre)

This really is a top quality syrup. I've tried dozens of different syrups and from numerous manufacturers but I keep coming back to this one as, in my opinion it's the best. I mainly add it to coffee but it tastes great as a milk shake. A little bit goes a long way so it's well worth the money and I can guarantee that I will be a regular consumer of it as its lovely. Highly recommended and this seller is consistently reliable for me!

I concur with many reviews that say it tastes nothing like Egg Nog. I was raised in the States and have had gallons of genuine American egg not. This is very, very sweet. I find a cap full is fine for a normal sized coffee to sweeten (sugar free) and add a hint of something almost like egg nog. Any more than a small amount is way too much and it verges into candy floss tasting rather than egg nog. Egg nog is pretty easy to make. In fact there are recipes using Birds custard powder so that might have to fill the void for me. For drink, I'll have to DIY a mix I suspect. But this is fine if you want a sugar free strong sweet flavour of an indistinct nature.

This sugar-free eggnog syrup has a bit of a fake taste, so it can be overpowering if you add too much. I’ve been using it in coffee as an alternative to actual eggnog. While it doesn’t replicate the real taste, it’s not unpleasant, and a small amount goes a long way. A decent option if you’re looking for a low-calorie, vegan alternative, but don’t overdo it!

Awful. This is simply sugar free syrup, with a funny aftertaste. No flavour whatsoever. I tipped the bottle down the sink. Great value for money if you want to sweeten your coffee on no calories, but that is all. Be warned.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a sugar free syrup but I wanted the festive, eggnog drink without the alcohol and this syrup nails it. You don’t need much or your milkshake/latte will be too sweet. Just a splash in an iced latte, hot latte or a milkshake is perfect. I had it with some vanilla flavoured oat milk and ice whilst putting the tree up. 🥰🎄🍹

Had a sweet custardy taste, however did not smell, taste, nor was it in any respect reminiscient, of eggnog. Perfectly palatable (if you have a strong sweet tooth). Not eggnog-y.

I haven’t tasted it yet as I’m saving it for the festive period. I’m on a diet so I’ll not feel deprived if I can drink my eggnog latte without all the calories.
