Fits perfect on my Dyson, and eliminates the need of having a separate mop. Love it!

I was very excited for this attachment! I completely love my Dyson! However, this attachment doesn’t do it justice! There’s only a small space in the attachment for water and it constantly leaks! I’ve tried to tighten things and maneuver it many different ways and it’s just really not worth the buy in my opinion.

I ordered this on chance it might help me lighten my floor scrubbing job and keeping my indoor pigs mess to a minimum. She is a great indoor pet but she leaves a bit of a mess after eating so I always pull out the "quick wet mop with pads" and end up scrubbing thru 2 pads before I feel it's clean. This does it in half the time, double the results and no more buying expensive wet pads, dry pads, solutions etc.! Already referred my daughter's and daughter in laws!

It’s not heavy enough to do any scrubbing

The water attachment is a lot of bother to prepare. First, the video shows a cup to use to fill with water but there is no cup provided to fill the attachment, and second, the fill cap is not easily removable you have to pry it off once you turn and align it with the cutouts in the tank. More importantly the instructions say to open the rubber buckle on the bottom to empty the water. I did that but now the buckle cannot be reinserted into the attachment so that leaves the water attachment worthless. I will most likely keep this attachment and just use the mopping pads and follow someone else’s suggestion of just using a squirt bottle filled with water and floor cleaner and spray the floor myself. I like gadgets and am willing to give the mop heads a try but this is pretty expensive and a huge design flaw for the water attachment. I have reached out to the company and did receive a reply in which they simply reexplained the features of the attachment and offered a $5 refund to resolve the issue which with our last correspondence I have not agreed to since I am actually losing 1/2 of the advertised functions of this attachment. I will amend my review if/when they respond with a different acceptable resolution. UPDATE: The seller has reached out, wanted a picture of the black buckle and essentially didn’t listen that the buckle could not be replaced without using a screwdriver which will eventually rip the rubber buckle. They offered me $5 refund. Seriously what an insult! I do not use the water tank, i wet the mops in a bucket with water and my floor cleaner and the mops work really well. Satisfied with the mops, the water tank is bad.

To the price works. Unbelievable. Strong scrubbing and shiny waxing turning my Tyson Tyson vacuum into two machines. Unbelievable deal

Used it first on our hard wood floors. I didn’t feel enough liquid comes out of unit so we just put cleaner and wax directly on floors. Does use a lot of Dyson battery so we had already bought the attachment to convert battery to ryobi. Battery last about 45 min now. Did our garage floor the next day and it came out great too

Doesn’t work! Dribbles water at one drop per 5 minutes, any more than 1 drop of mopping solution and it bubbles up, total waste of money - customer service unhelpful

The gear keeps popping out every time you use it. Doesn't clean the way it is shown in the video. don;t waste your money. I had to throw it in trash

I was really excited to find this product as an add on to my Dyson. Unfortunately the first time I used it I wasn't thrilled but thought I would give it another try. Today I washed half my floor with my Shark floor steamer, the other half with my Dyson/electric mop head attachment. This mop head basically dribbles water out of the front of the unit (so you have to go SLOW to get enough water to wet the pads and floor) and gets drawn into the rotating heads as you move the unit over the dribbles of water on the floor. Problem is.....you only mop up the water when you move the unit forward, as when you sweep backwards the water is still dribbling out the front, leaving a trail of water droplets all over your floor. I think it would work better if the water actually dispersed out of the rotating heads/pads instead of dribbling out the front. Certainly could be better designed. I also had a spot of coffee on a tiled floor and no matter how many times I went over it with this mop head attachment, it didn't clean the area. I will stick with my Shark.
