Loved this headset for abot 8 mos. Then it became fuzzy. No amount of adjusting it made it better... it did work perfectly. Same phone, no movement of the phone or other apparatus around at all. It was used daily 30-40 times a day. No problems at all - in a work from home environment matched well to a chunky land line desk phone i purchased just months prior. I hate the usual speaker phone settings that people use to have a hands- free set up- as the give-and take environment, causes stomping all over one another. Many of my clients are NYC, NJ, and other faster-talking folks, only a headset will do. I really want to re-order it. But don't want to take a chance on it crapping out agian. Using my work's Jabber application currently with calls dropped, etc. unimpressed. I want my old quality headset back, :( ***** UPdate on this reveiw! this vendor Wantek is so awesome. They read my reveiw, and knew i was dissatisfied. ( i didn't have to reach out to them!- AMAZING customer service!) they asked if i woudl be interested in getting a new unit to try. Of course, I agreed. They sent it immediately. I have been utilizing the new headset for several weeks now. NO feedback, no fuzziness. Clear precise tone. Sure beat the heck out of trying to converse with your clients via speaker phone, and everyone talking all over each other!! Great headset, I will update in a month or two to let you guys know about durability. My first unit may have been a random issue. :) These folks really care about their product, your satisfaction, and their reputation. KUDOS!!

This headset serves its purpose! I bought this for our small private practice and was hesitant considering it is not wireless. But it's actually pretty great for being corded. It's very functional and easy to plug right into your phoneI I ended up getting a couple more for the other girls because they liked it too. After about 5 months, one of them actually snapped in half, but I'm guessing it was because of having a larger head, it may have just wore out. I emailed the seller to see if they could recommend one that would accommodate a person with a wider head and they offered to send a replacement, one slightly different to try at no additional charge. I commend them for giving great service and standing behind their product. It does seem to be more forgiving and fits better:) So, we are all happy with our purchases! Thank you so very much, I highly recommend this head set and this seller!

I use this headset every day, and it worked great for 8 months. Suddenly one day it just stopped working - I was able to hear, but no one was able to hear me. I ordered a new one, because, for the price, it's great, and I can definitely spend $30/year on this easy one

Needed a headset for my phone at work since I had started new position that required me to be on the phone a lot more. It frees up my hands so I can can type and listen. Client’s can hear me fine and the audio is clear. You can also adjust the volume, adjust the headset for whichever ear you want to use it on, and adjust the mic to be further or closer to your mouth. My phone had a jack made for a headset, so it plugged right in and worked as soon as I hit the headset button on the phone. Happy with this purchase so far.

I purchased this headset for use with a Plantronics S12 phone system. The headset became defective soon after the Amazon return period. The product developed a problem where callers on the other end of the line mentioned that it is very difficult to hear me, or barely able to hear me at all. I tested it myself by calling my voicemail to leave a message. It sounds as if the microphone is not performing any noise cancellation at all. The background noise is loud and overwhelms the caller voice. The manufacturer's customer support on Amazon responds quickly, but they direct you to an external email for Amazon after sales support. However, that external email does not respond to any messages after several attempts. Warranty service is non existent. I do not recommend this product if you want any support beyond the Amazon return period.

Works with my el-cheapo AGPTEK phone, without using any of the adapters. The speaker is not as loud as the original one, I often have to turn the phone all the way up (and the headset volume is always at max). Nobody ever complains of trouble hearing me, though. The mic is fixed, which actually works out well, since I had to adjust the original flexible mic stalk every time I used it.

This is actually the 2nd one that I've bought in this model (the first one I broke by twisting the mike up too hard and snapping one of the wires). It is probably the most comfortable headset I've used to date - even after hours of being on a call, my ears don't hurt as much as they did with other headsets. Voice and headset quality is clear and set-up was less then 5 minutes. It also allows me to switch ears if needed so is more versatile. Plus, I'm not eating a foam ball all the time which was the real reason I bought it in the first place. I use an Aastra 57i SIP phone and have no complaints from the people that are on the call with me. It's a really great product at a very reasonable price.

EDIT: After writing this review, the company contacted me wanting to know the brand and model of my work phone. Turns out, this headset I purchased isn’t compatible with that particular model phone and that’s why people couldn’t hear me. They sent me a new headset a couple weeks ago and so far it’s working flawlessly. Great customer service and now I have a headset that does its job, so yay. *** This is a piece of junk. I am on my third and they only work for a few weeks before everyone starts telling me that they can't hear me. It's incredibly frustrating because how difficult is it to make a headpiece that conducts the sound of my voice? That's it's ONE JOB. This last one didn't even work a week

I bought this headset to use at work with a Polycom VVX410. Although we aren't a particularly busy office there are lots of times when I end up holding the phone between my ear and shoulder as I need both hands to look for client information. This has solved the problem perfectly. Call quality is perfect, no sound issues at all. Also love that I now have a handy mute button and volume control without having to use the buttons on the main phone itself. Well worth the money.
