I use this with black brown semi-permanent hair color Natural Instincts. Definitely makes hair dye adhere better to gray. I can see the difference.

It works
I was a little skeptical this would work but I gave it a try. I wash my hair everyday and the color never lasts. I usually have to do my roots every two weeks. I gave this a try and it really works. It making the color last longer!
