I am almost always going to give a good review to a hat that fits my big head, so this item is no exception. However, the hat is more than a good fit - it looks very good and is well made. Even the cobra (I presume) has jewels for eyes. Very happy!

It's pretty much the quality that I expected it to be for the amount of money. If you want to be taken seriously at a halloween party, I suggest not buying this one. However if you just want some laughs, go for it. The side flaps don't stay down, you'll have to hold or pin them. And the snake is so dumb (once again, good for laughs).
