Professional Latex Resistance Bands, Individual 6 Ft Elastic Band as Exercise Equipment, Physical Therapy, Pilates, At-Home Workouts, 6 Foot, Multiple Colors and Resistance Levels Available

The black is the strongest.

I have used Theraband for many years - and I like the Black level, which has more heft than some of the others. You can wrap it around your wrists to shorten the length, which increases the effort to work with it and also increase the workout. These are very packable because they pack flat, so they are terrific for travel, and take up no space in a suitcase or carry-on bag. Over a long period of time, mine have sometimes snapped from so much use - but the shorter lengths can still be used, and I do. Definitely recommend Theraband to people who like to work out regularly.

Theraband quality, good stretch

This is thicker and relatively much stronger than the blue version, which is supposed to be a level below this one.

Ok for use
