Fantastic all in one pc
A terrific all in one pc by HP. Very fast machine. This is my third HP and I continue to be impressed with the company. HP is very responsive if you need help and continue to deliver updates over time through their HP Personal Assistant. As with any new pc, be ready for the computer to take a long time to go through all of the Microsoft and HP updates when you first start it up. I did have one issue that required a call to HP. The Personal Assistant was showing that their were no updates and something appeared to be wrong with it. It should have shown a number of green checks as it was going through the process looking for updates, and it did not. The HP support folks had me reinstall the Personal Assistant and the problem was corrected. I am very pleased with my purchase.The seller shipped this very quickly. I received it within 3 days.

Excellent All-in-one! Has audio problems.
I'm very happy with this computer. I had to wait 2 months to set it up due to difficulty with AT&T getting me wired for Wi-Fi. The wait was worth it! I like all the features and am still exploring more. I only wish the sound was better (it's not really bad) as I'm use to deeper bass sound. I would highly recommend this seller.UPDATE 5/7/2022: I've been using this computer for 3 months now. I still like it, but within 1 month of use I began to have audio problems: sound distortion and a slow down in the video I was watching or online game I was playing. It's annoying to have to fix this virtually every day.

Great for gaming (Roblox)!
This was purchased for my 11 year old great-grandson. He is a gamer and loves the speed of this computer. He is experiencing some lagging with youtube sights for some unknown reason. He loves this computer that replaced an HP laptop that was purchased for about $350. I guess you get what you pay for.

Easy to setup right out of the box. only need to plug in the keyboard, mouse and power. Large screen is great, video is amazing. Have a 4TB HDD to plugged into the high speed USB port and files transfer lightening fast.Just wish it had a illuminated keyboard.
