The best pillow you'll ever own.
The pillow is two sided. One that always stays cool to the touch, even through a pillow case, and the other is a baffle box constructed soft pillow top. The pillow comes with a removable insert to add or remove loft. My only complain is the need to store and keep clean the insert until the pillow becomes well used and needs the pick me up. I wish it came with a separate pillow protector to store the insert in when not being used.

Cool and comfortable
Very nice pillow. It is my go to pillow now. It's nice to flip it every now and again for the cooling agent.

Oh my goodness this pillow!! I was on the search for a super comfortable pillow that was crazy expensive, well it was still expensive but it is totally worth it. It is so soft and comfy on the blocked pillow side and so cool on the gel side. I love that it is double sided. The fluffy side is my favorite! It is a good heavy pillow so it does not move around on you when you're sleeping. I've never spent this much money on a pillow, but I've also never had one this comfortable for a side sleeper. I definitely recommend if you are willing to pay a little extra for a nice pillow
