Great product! Passes the pinch and twist test and food pops out easily without greasing the pan.
I just used this pan tonight to make egg cups or egg muffins. I just started making them a few weeks ago and make new batches every few days (I don't always have time to make breakfast, so these are great). I was using a metal muffin pan before and have tried different things to grease the it with, but nothing seemed to help. Removing an egg cup required using something like a fork to loosen the edges and, the worst part, the bottom — I always lost a little bit of egg from the bottom of the cup that I couldn't loosen (I still ate it, but it sucks that no matter what I greased it with, I couldn't get the cup to come out in one piece). Also, there were always lines of crust left behind that took quite a bit of elbow grease to get off. With this pan, though? I didn't need line it, loosen anything, and nothing was left behind. I lifted the egg cups out with no issues and clean up is a breeze.Like with pretty much any other silicone baking mat or pan, you'll need a baking sheet under it because it's not rigid; you cannot lift it up on its own and place it in the oven because you'll spill its contents.Besides the color and the fact that it works wonderfully, another plus is that it passes the pinch and twist test. I asked about it here prior to purchasing it, so here's a slightly edited version of the explanation I provided there:The pinch and twist test is when you manipulate the silicone to see if it's made of 100% silicone. If it turns white, it means it contains plastic fillers, i.e. it's not 100% silicone, and I think the chemicals from the plastic can leach into your food and/or release fumes. Some product reviews I've read mentioned smells while baking and I saw another where someone said their food had a plastic taste to it. Silicone doesn't react with food. If the product is 100% silicone, it will retain its color when pinched or twisted. You can find other articles/videos/blogs about this, but here's the first site I found demonstrating the test (if you don't want to watch the video, the text below it is a transcript): [...]In all, this is a great product and I look forward to baking other stuff in it. I will update this review should anything go wrong or if I have any other thoughts on it.

fine pan with adequate cup size
My old muffin pans didn't survive the last Thanksgiving round of stuffin' muffins, so I decided to upgrade to silicone pans. I'd worked with silicone twice before, and was satisfied. After going through some reviews where the pans' cups were found to be too shallow, I took a shot with Bear Bakeware. The first thing I did was compare them to the old pans. They looked close enough. I didn't measure water in them, just eyeballed it.The first thing I tried was the stickiest thing I could think of, these pineapple upside-down cupcakes that some friends like. There is butter in the bottom of the cup for the recipe, and I'd read that oiling silicone wasn't good for it, so I didn't do anything else. The cupcakes all popped right out when I gently pushed the bottom. I expect to have many more successes. As to the size of the cups, they used up the exact same amount of batter as the old ones, so that's proof enough for me.

Nice yellow normal silicone muffin tray/tin!
I did a bunch of research and decided to go with this silicone muffin tray because of the color. It seemed like there was such an abundance of options all with good reviews that it was really hard to finally pick something. I also wanted one that did the normal size muffins (rather than a shallow or mini size) and this one is just that normal size. We also have another one that is a Wilton brand and used a Kitchen Aid brand one in the past as well, but this one seems to be easier to pop out the muffins than the others, almost like it is more anti stick than the others. All of them clean up easily however. I don't really know the difference in chemical structure, but it is nice and is the best of the three we've owned!

Good just flimsy
I really like this muffin tin and am glad I bought it. The muffins bake well and come out easily. It also washes easily. The only negative is that it is very flimsy, as in there is almost no way to pick it up out of the oven by itself without it falling over. I get around it by putting it ontop of a cookie sheet or pizza pan, but it's a shame to have to do that in the first place. I would definitely still recommend it though.

Slick piece of bakeware...literally
I bought this for the wife as she was telling me about how hard it was to clean eggs out of our regular cupcake pans. Once we tried this one out though, the cleaning problems disappeared! I heard that silicone is great for most recipes since most everything easily comes out of it, and clean up is a breeze.Definitely recommend this product!

Passes the pinch test
I've used it many times with no visible break down. It works well. Need to let things cool completely or they can stick from time to time.

Great for soap making
I bought this for making soap. It's easy to use, though it does need some propping to keep it level. Easy to clean and very easy to remove the soap from it.

This product is awesome from baking everything from muffins to egg bites. It doesn’t stick at all, helps to form perfect shapes, it’s easy to remove the baked goods and it’s super easy to clean. I highly recommend it to anyone that has ever used a muffin pan before! It’ll change your baking game!
