Modern and effective! This 3 blade fan has easy to assemble instructions so I did it myself and installed myself. I own 3 of them, all in different colors and they powerfully move air even on the lowest setting. They are stylish, the fan blades push lots of air, and the light can be dimmed from very bright to very low. More expensive that you might want to pay for a ceiling fan with light, but they are super QUIET and I have not had any problems after owning my first approximately 3 years ago. The coa wood is amazing looking, the white matches most ceilings, and the silver adds a beautiful contract against a light or white ceiling. When you come to hang it, probably shorten the wires as the full length of the wire allows for flexibility, but stuffing all of that wire into cover can be tricky. Great value for the money.

Install went smoothly, fan is looking Good. Got it with the wall switch and remote. Both controls work flawlessly. The LED light unit gives plenty of light and the dimmer has full range. LED lights have come a long way with the dimmer capabilities. Unit is very quiet. Word of caution, make sure you understand the wiring fully before installing and TURN OFF BREAKER TOTHE CIRCUIT.

We liked the first one so much we bought a second. They look great and blend in well with a white ceiling. Only issue we have had was that we had to change the channels on one as the remotes worked on both.

Ok, my husband installs my fans and this is at least Minka fan #5 that he has installed. They can be tricky with the fan blade order and the codes for programming so I won't comment on that. I would guess this is not the easiest fan to install for the average skilled person. I have installed ceiling fans myself that were much simpler without a problem. Recommend referring to DIY videos for tips. So, I love Minka fans- I love the styling and features. The wall plate and remote control are superb both nice looking and easy to use. The fan kit even comes with different color face plates-very well thought out and considerate for the end user!
