Used it on my Victor lathe at work. Worked excellently to enable me to control various modifications I added. Now instead of having to go to the backside of the lathe to unplug my mod, I can turn the switch on the panel and be done with it

They work fine. Certainly no glowing review, though they are good switches.

Only time will tell how long these will last.

These are really small diameter switches, just make sure you look at the specs.

You don't see selector switches like this much anymore. Most people use linear toggles. But the nice thing about these is you can use them to intimate direction -- left side right side, or whatever you want to do. machine interfaces are supposed to be intuitive, so if you want to use these to, say open up water in a pair of solenoid valves, one that dumps the water to the left, and another to the right, this would be an intuitive way to do that.Fun little switches. All in all, very cool!

I am using these rotary switches with arduino and mobiflight as I am building a home flight simulator. These were easy to wire up and function perfectly. One thing to note is the measurements... the measurements shown on the listing are correct. These are quite small, which is perfect for me, but I just wanted to point that out. I'll be ordering more, and hope I can find some 3-position and 4-position variations of these.

These are nice little 2-position rotary switches. They are easily mountable, they have a nice finish, and a firm definitive action. I plan to use them with my own spade connectors, but you can also solder them or use the supplied socket.
