I’m planning on wrapping it at a kind of angle, starting in back w/ wrap across mid-low lumbar discs, then wrapping each side around tops of bone crests and to the front in a downward angle and securing at pubis, then I think bringing 2nd/3rd straps around at less of an angle and securing at top of first band. This should stabilize the whole area, people, even doctors, never seem to realize that they might not need a hip replacement, it might be a pelvic/pelvis tilt issue. I would strongly suggest finding a good chiropractor, and the only 2 I have been to and actually saw the tilt in my x-rays were older gentlemen. The first one that discovered it was amazing! I had been in excruciating pain to the point of barely able to walk, and 1 adjustment (manual not w/ the trigger “thumper”) it popped back into place and the pain melted away, and then switched cold/heat compresses to the “pivot point” to get the inflammation down. I was so overwhelmed to be pain free and find out I didn’t need hip surgery, I hugged him, lol. I was actually seeing him for a post MVA where I injured my lumbar spine, so was seeing him 3-4x a week, and he only had to use the trigger “thumper” in a couple spots 2x after that. I did pelvic tilt exercises for a month or two, and was fine until I had a bad slip/fall getting out of bathtub, and landed smack dab on the left hip and felt my pelvic bone pop out (hip was fine at that point).
