Definitely one of the best book, the concepts are explained in the simplest terms and are relatable to our everyday life and author also point out the small mistakes we make, which usually go unnoticed and drain our energy. I have already started applying the suggestions given by the author in the book and starting to see increase in productivity by focusing on the things which really matters.

Great Book
I never looked at the energy aspect of productivity as after reading this book. It has got lot of good advice and tips. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to come out trap of low energy.

The things told are correct and explained in a short and simple manner. Since he discussed only about energy, he gave correct reasons

Nuggets of wisdom
Excellent insights into increasing daily productivity. Particularly loved the part about the body's innate 90 minute productivity peaks which seems to be the body's best rhythm cycle whether awake or asleep. The book contains many other such nuggets of wisdom which will make you ultimately more aware of how to improve your health and productivity which in the end are interlinked! Great book written by a very insightful writer.

Lots of good tips all in one place
I bought this book while struggling for motivation. It does what it says.It's an easy read compiling lots of tips I've read elsewhere.For me, this book was kind of a reminder of all the things I knew I should be doing, but wasn't.There's a fresh way of looking at these techniques and explanations of how these techniques work.Certainly, this book has put me back on track.

A recap on common knowledge?
Difficult to see what distinguishes this book from so many others on the subject. Not sure I feel much/ any better off for having read it unfortunately.

Highly recommended
Well written and informative. Made me feel better about myself. I have learnt it's ok to take a break in order to perform better rather than keep running on "zero". Great read when you feel drained.
