USHA Heleous 1220mm Premium BLDC Ceiling Fan with Rust Free ABS Blades and RF Remote (Imperial Blue) Pack of 1

I am posting this after the use of 1 month.So far this fan is working fine. Good Air Delivery compared to my other BLDC fan. Customer support for installation also seems to be good. I can recommend this product who is seeking BLDC fan with decent Air Delivery at this range.Pros,Good Air DeliveryCons,Little bit louder at the top speed. But acceptable.Design look like a regular fan.Price is High. I bought it for ₹6K.

Fan sensor went bad just after 2 years when warranty lapsed. Don't know why such a reputable brand such a poor fan in play. Won't go back to them, won't recommend. Stay away. The service person came and just kept on saying this is out of warranty and I simply asked what is the cost of repair, he had no clue, he is only interested in visit charges. Pathetic set up....they are charging 1450 for the sensor and 200 rs visit charge. 3 months warranty on sensor. So basically fan has a 2 year warranty and then brand doesn't have any liability, you keep paying them for life. Horrible experience. Stay away from this one.Today is 15th day when the company hasn't been able to address and service the fan. Somebody came took money and disappeared.Not sure why Amazon is keeping such businesses listed, it's disgustingly bad brand behaviour. Alternate rooms had atomberg, one of the fans had an issue and I was surprised they attended it very next day. New brands are probably more enthusiastic.... Usha not so much and I hope this review make some dent in their sales......living room fan...the Usha fan...the expensive one.....not working....for 15 DAYS......

Well I am quite satisfied with the purchase..here is my experience in a few wordsInstallation: even the earthing should be proper for this fan to work..so get it wired if u haven't...now the installation... fairly simple but it would greatly help if u have cable crimps ready the reusable kind which have male and female connectors is perfect in case u want to service the fan...u can do away without cutting the wires again and againUsage : hardly ran the fan in normal mode since the air is really breezy... I prefer the reverse mode which gives me air moment around and no forced air into my nose..i sleep with face seeing the ceiling due to health complications of sleeping on my back in my childhood..the air directly hitting my face was always an issue since it triggered my sinus and was prone to Colds...now not so much... regular fans too have reverse option but one has to manually do it again and again climbing up to the fan...this one has a neat reverse function.Remote: double click on direction and u are done... select speed...and forget the remote till u need to change direction...switch on and off directly.. remote not required.All in all a wonderful fan which is worth the price as per me...

Fan quantity is good but remote is not upto mark

Received the product within a day!! The body is light weight ABS plastic.PROS:The blades are pretty nice with better curvature compared to conventional fans.The remote control is very easy to use.Fan can be installed by any technician watching manual.The fan can be rotated in both directions as said. While in winter it can be rotated in clockwise so that the air will be circulated in the room without getting any chill.Natural mode in the fan helps in rotating with dynamic speeds so that we feel the natural breeze.CONS:Price is pretty high compared to other fans under the same roof in the market.IOT and alexa intergration is not availableFan speed cam be regulated only with remote. Connection with regulator won't work. Better disconnect the regulator before installing the fan.

Quiet, good air flow and the sleep mode is useful. Other than the fact that the price for different color, it is a good fan. Amazon should flush out this seller as they are price gauging on colors. Low number of starts for the seller but fan deserves 5/5.

Its been 15 months now using this fan and I am writing this review. It was working fine till now though some issue with remote but around 25 days back when fan was running, suddenly one of its wings broke and fell off. Fortunately no body hurt during this. Afte that I have raised the complainant with seller, Usha customer care but I didn't get the proper response yet. Its been 25 days now but no body has taken this seriously and send someone to check this. Even on twitter company has mentioned that they will resolve this but still not done yet.I am very disappointed with this product as well as with customer care service.We all are afraid of sleeping below this fan after this incident.I will never recommend this fan to anyone.
