GHOSTFIRE Aluminium Alloy Guitar Pedal Board, 27.5in x 11.8in with Carry Bag

My first pedalboard was one Ghostfire's smaller 1' boards; it was clearly metal, cool to the touch, with distinct welds holding it together. I was very impressed, especially considering the price. I wanted a bigger board so I got their 2' option and it is clearly plastic! It's textured like plastic, is flimsy like plastic, is lighter than the smaller board, has a dull thud when knocked on, has no weld marks, and is warm to the touch. This is clearly plastic.

Over all I feel that this is a good value for the price point. Lightweight and it feels sturdy even though I actually cant tell if its aluminum or a plastic core with an aluminum shell around it. I guess I'll find out once it's been stepped on for awhile. Only real complaint is that the box it was packed in was just big enough for the board/bag to fit in with no buffer between them so when I cut open the end of the box I ended up slicing the bag open about a 4" length on that end as well. Guess I'll have to bust out the needle and thread... or duct tape.

Good for the price! I bought the biggest one thinking I'd be adding more pedals, but IT IS big, and is not quite portable anymore. So don't go overboard with the size like I did.

Great pedal board at a great price. It doesn’t weigh much but still manages to be sturdy. I don’t notice any flexing when turning on/off the pedals. Came with lots of Velcro that seems to be holding up well after a few months.
