I ordered the steamer a few months ago and it worked great for a little while but then it just stopped producing steam. I'm not sure what happened but I think there was a problem with the internal heating mechanism. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement for no charge. It arrived within a few days and it works perfectly. I hope it continues!

Bought last year and it no longer works! :( After I touch the power button, the light flashes for over 30 seconds and does not warm up. No steam or heat whatsoever. I would not recommend! I suggest spending a little more money on a quality steamer.

It simply works as Advertised period. Not Much to say here . Nice easy to use Contraption ! Just keep some Water ready to pour in it . Since it Steams Extremely Well it uses a decent am-out of water. Not Excessively. The same as the Next Good Steamer. Or good iron that steams well ;-) You can and will get through a Steaming Session with 1 Fill Up.. Other than that you now have what you need to make a Conscious Decision on this purchase. So do just that…. Purchase !! ;-)

Worked ok for 3 years then it stopped working all together.

A little miracle worker. Good quality item. Super Easy to fill and use . Almost no leakage, just crushing through my wrinkled shirts lol gets about 80-90% of wrinkles out with steam alone, recommend steam glove to smooth out clothes better with the iron. Only negative is the top stem gets very hot on one side close to where you hold the device and they should insulate it more under the plastic.

This steamer does an excellent job. We washed 2 sets of curtains but they wrinkled and to get them pressed at a dry cleaner was more expensive than buying this machine. They were a thicker material so we used the higher setting and it did a fantastic job and we tested the lower setting on a few of my wifes blouses and sweaters and again it did a great job. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because when steaming the curtain and keeping the unit level the steam escapes downward so it burns your hand so to avoid that you have to tip the unit backwards so the steam goes up and away from your hands. Other than that it's a great unit and I highly recommend it

J’étais au départ satisfaite du produit : il chauffe rapidement, est léger et simple à utiliser. Malheureusement, après quelques mois d’utilisation occasionnelle, l’appareil a cessé de fonctionner sans raison apparente. J’ai contacté le vendeur via Amazon le 10 juin, mais je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Amazon m’a ensuite redirigée vers le fabricant… qui est injoignable (aucun site, aucun service à la clientèle). Résultat : aucun soutien, aucun remplacement, aucun remboursement pour un produit encore sous garantie. C’est dommage, car le concept est bon, mais la fiabilité et l’absence de service après-vente font que je ne recommande pas cet achat.
