Disappointment turned to very pleased.
I love this vanity and was excited when it arrived early and the delivery company brought it into the house. When I took it from the box the black granite was discolored as natural stone can be, but this was very noticeable. I called and asked for it to be exchanged which they did not problem. Brought the replacement, took it out of the box, we inspected it and they took the other back. No muss, no fuss! Great experience. On top of that it's a beautiful piece and looks great in my remodeled powder room. It's a modern looking piece with a nod to art deco design. The color is almost a really dark cherry. Very pretty.

Disapppointment caused by severely damaged vanities.
Two vanities were ordered. One was severely damaged and was not delivered. The second vanity arrived damaged. The top was cracked and the sink was in pieces. It was sent back. Needless to say we were not satisfied.
