Does it help you grow your hair?

Biotin promotes healthy immune system function and plays a critical role in skin health, including nails. However, the primary focus of Biotin is not to help grow out hair.

are they liquid capsules? Like can i crack open a capsule and it is liquid or powder?

These are powder-filled capsules that may be opened.

Anyone have success with healing a nail that’s been splitting for years?

I use this brand and it completely healed my splitting nail. However, after I quit taking it, my nail began to split again (about two months later). This is good stuff and I take the 10,000-mcg capsule once a day.
