update to my past review: I was able to call the customer service, and they offered a resolution. If your cap doesnt work, I reccomend getting in touch with the customer service- they were able to help me.old review: The cap has some sensor - unfortunately it is ultra sensitive.. even a 1 milimeter movement sets it off and it beeps uncontrollably.. i have to keep on trying to unplug and replug, before it works again. Its really not practical to use and getting it to work is tough. I spent over 50k on it.. and given how difficult it is to make it work, Im disappointed in this product.Ive contacted their customer service and waiting for a resolution

I purchased it three months ago and have been using it every alternate day. So far I've noticed that my hair is not falling as much and there are a lot of little new hairs growing on top of my head. It works and is so easy to use.If you're on the fence about buying a DHI Laser Cap, go ahead and give it a try.

I love my DHI Laser Cap. I use it for 30 minutes every alternate day and I'm done. My hair seems healthier and thicker. I get a lot of compliments on it. I don't find a lot of hair in the shower drain like I used to. Great product.
