Works! Stress levels have gone down as has any negative reactive emotional response time. With stress levels down, I've definitely noticed a curb in my appetite for snacking. Most of the snacking has been due to stress response, so this really does work. I pop one in the morning and that's it!Emotional queues while driving g, for example, have decreased so they do make me more chill.Haven't really noticed a change in my sleep quality so far, but I am a night owl so it's all good. I'll look at their other offerings since I want to lose weight and haven't seen enough pounds melt away yet. Item arrived on time and it was also packaged well.

Awesome! Helps with cravings, kidneys and seems to balance blood sugar! This has additional B-vitamins that other relora products don't have. I have to try it out for a while, to compare it to others, because with the added B and other ingredients, I'm not sure the relora content is as high. I may just take 3 at a time instead of two and see how that works. Thorn Uses coblimated Bs (better bioavailability), which are often hard to find, and work for those who can't process the regular Bs.

Might have a quality control issue. One pill was not a pill, just the shell. I checked the rest and they are fine. Will purchase from pharmacy or from Thorne’s site next time.

These supplements are great!! I take one in the morning after a smoothie or light breakfast. I will eat a very small something around 1 or 2 & take another one. I eat a very small supper & am good to go till the next morning. They really do curb my appetite. Thorne is an excellent company. Doctors have told me THEY trust Thorne. I don't have much stress to deal with so I can't say much about that aspect. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I have been taking these for a few weeks. I definitely think it has helped decrease my cravings and also boosted my energy a bit. However I have not found it helpful with stress/anxiety so far. I am seeing enough benefits that I plan to continue to take it. Maybe it will help with stress over time
