Elchim Wooden Paddle Brush

Wonderful detangling brush for fine hair and sensitive scalps.

I bought a Elchim blow dryer during Amazon Prime Day and really liked it. So several months later when I was looking for a quality brush, I decided to go with Elchim. Well, I lucked out! This is absolutely the best brush ever - my dry hair became shiny and softer. I tried it on my mom, who is in her 80s, and what little hair she has also became softer, too. Even my boyfriend, who combs his hair infrequently, now enjoys tremendously combing his hair regularly with this brush. The three of us agree it massages our scalp as well. I love this brush so much that recently I bought a half dozen of this brush to share it with six of friends/family members. It's a real gem!

I wouldn’t say there’s a noticeable different in my hair after switching to this brush. It was difficult learning how to use it to be honest. Especially after a shower when my thick hair is still tangly... this brush will get all those angles out, but takes some time. I still get static hair. The “bristles” are wood which was interested to discover. Though I just bought a new white towel and had those white fuzzies in my hair after one wash, and those white fuzzies are stuck in the wood bristles now... that was about Two weeks ago, but those darn fuzzies are still in the bristles.

My long wavy think hair looked so great my daughter kept commenting so I bought one for her also. We have both thrown away all our other brushes. I have looked for years for a brush like this. Easy to clean, nice looking, pleasant to hold. No negatives. I almost sent it back as there is a hole in the padded part, but that is for the air flow.
