I am 5'7'' (male) and the chain is on the longer side for me, the pendant hangs just below my sternum. All but the most open-breasted jackets will cover it up. So plan to leave your jackets open :)For the price I am really impressed! I ordered gold and silver colors, both look fantastic with my all-black outfits and with dark blue denim.

Real cool necklace

The chain arrived broken but luckily i was able to fix it with my bare hands and some super glue. I worry about the chain bending or breaking later on with wear.

The chain came in damaged.

If returns with Amazon weren’t so difficult I would have returned it. It’s not gold at all. It looks brassy and it’s HUGE.
