Love these!!
These are my favorite type of olives. The important part is that they are firm. Everytime I have gotten them pitted they have been awful. These are not pitted so fair warning. The brine is very mild and not too salty. Excellent product. Will definately order again. The only con I can say is they are on the small size.

Went with the 52oz bag and glad I did!
Absolutely delicious! I purchased the 52oz bag. While there is initial saltiness, once you rinse and drain the olives, they’re just as delicious as they are fresh in Italy. They’re firm, buttery, with a slight sodium undertone. I split them between 4 old olive jars. I left them 3/4 in brine and diluted the remainder with filtered water to thin out the sodium used for transport + preservation.

Yummy! Fresh! Wonderful!
I am a huge olive fanatic. I can eat thru a little jar from the grocery store in a day or two so I wanted to find a more affordable option and less wasteful option. These are very fresh and tasty—very similar to what I’ve had while in Spain. While some review mention it being too briney, I like savory and salty snacks so I like it. You could siphon off a little brine juice (save for a tasty dirty martini) and add a little water to temper it. That said, I think a good cold water rinse of the olives dished out to eat does the trick for my friends who like less brine flavor. TIP: The bag can be messy and cumbersome so I recycled a large jar from a Costco purchase and it’s perfect. (I was even able to carefully peel the label from the bag and put it on the jar.)

The real Italian!
I love these olives, this last bag wasn't as good as normal, it was way more salty then light brine.I can believe some of the reviews as this company seems to have some consistentsy issues. Anyone who has sat in an cafe in Italy can attest that these are common unpitted olive you will likely be served. They need to be firm intexture, not so salty, bright green buttery tasting olives are one of the best Italian olives you can get. Once you start eating these you find it very hard to buy the junk stuffed olives you find at the supermarkets in the US.

Great value
I’m not a huge fan of whole olives. However for the price and the actual amount of olive it is so worth it. I will admit I have a small olive addiction to the point most jars just don’t last much more than 24 hours. Per volume theirs actually more olives than brine compared to the jars. The flavor is good too but I have yet to meet a natural olive I don’t like. The only way to ruin an olive is to stuff it with the wrong thing. I compare whole olives to seeded watermelon though I prefer both to be seedless they are still just as delicious you just have to adjust how you eat them. That being said adjust your eating technique and enjoy some great olives for an awesome price. Also they bubble wrap and use packing tape to protect the bag so enjoy the fun of finding out how to get the package out without puncturing it. Worth the laughter of trying to get it out then the struggle of finding a container to fit it. Was forced to eat a large snack bowl full cause they would not fit. It was such a tragedy that I will probably be doing it again in a week or less.

the bubble wrap and a box all to themselves. Glass isn't packed this comprehensively
Love these they are cured and brine and can be removed and eaten directly or be tossed in a bowl with seasoning for a day or so if other flavors desired. If you need to know how there's lots of YouTube videos on how to season brined olives! On the downside, I don't think these need to be packed in their own box. Triple wrapped in bubble wrap that is her medically sealed. Impacting tape. Glass isn't packed this comprehensively
