Still in love with it. The carbonation is perfect and last forever. I used the sodastream Ginger Ale syrup with a little organic lemon juice and it was awesome. This Drinkmate was my #1 purchase i made this year and i have no regrets for spending the money on it. Not to mention that i safe a lot of money by not buying soda cans. Where to start. I debated fore quite a long time if i wanted to spend that much money on a soda maker again. I bought a sodastream a long time ago and it was ok i guess but, with the prices of sodas and bottled soda water going up like crazy, i decided to take the dive into the drinkmate. It did help a lot that it came up at the latest prime sale and boy am i glad i did. Setting it up was so easy, a toddler could have done it, and the first bottle of lemon water came out perfectly! I buy the organic lemon juice and add it to the water, it is really refreshing and good for your body. The carbonation was perfect after 3 pumps and it seams to last even after 24 hours. No leakage and in my opinion better than the sodastream. I think its a bit expensive but considering that i was drinking 3 bottles yesterday, i already saved $5. Today i ordered some sugar free syrup and i hope it will be a winner. But if not, its not the drinkmates fault. This little machine is great and without needing any electricity, it is perfect to place it wherever you want. I do use the water out of my refrigerator, so there is no need for buying bottled water at all. Win win situation! Love it and happy i spend the money!

So much better than soda stream. Ok first I have owned and loved the OG for a long while but the ability to add carbonation to juices or my lemonade has be actually drinking water! I love it. So easy to use and control the amount of fizz added. Appears to be very well made Using daily with no issues. Love the 2 different bottle sizes.

It's been a long time since I have wanted to infuse bubbles into my drinks. I'm in love. Personally, I think compared to what's on the market, this is a great deal. Everything is over-priced these days, so it is what it is. I have had zero problems with any part or portion of this product. It seems like it will last, I use it daily with no problems. It's fast, takes up little space, and the gas has not leaked out of the cylinder. The only thing that I don't like is the cost of the Cylinders. I have yet to empty the one that I installed, so I don't know how long it will last. There is only me that uses it, but like I said I bubble up something every day. I mostly bubble up a very lightly sugared drink mix so its barely flavored because I don't want to drink sugar water. The colder the better. It does a great job carbonating drinks. Makes me wonder why they ever invented junk like soda, why not use good real fruit and then add some bubbles. As far as I know, the bubbles won't kill me or suck my oxygen out of my body. ha ha. I am really happy with this purchase.

I like and use this more than I thought I would! I love that you can carbonate a lot of types of bevearges. i learned I love carbonated orange juice! Also I buy fruity flavored sugar free coffee type syrups and make my own soda which I love. Recently I carbonated my pre workout drink and it was really good. Looking forward to try making my own healthy cola. It's nice that you don't need to plug it in so you can set and use it anywhere.

I've used this for years and I've been very happy with it. I'm sad that I'm replacing it with a competitor. The reason for the replacement, availability of non-plastic containers. They do make a stainless jug, but they don't sell it on Amazon and it's twice the price of their competitors.

This is everything I thought it would be and more. It's quick and simple to carbonate, I can control to what level I want the fizziness, and it feels durable enough. I wish the bottles unscrewed at the bottom for easier cleaning, but they're fine as is. If I had to complain, sometimes the valve can let a tiny amount of co2 escape for a second or two when you release the lever, but once I realized that it's no issue.

I saw this Arctic Blue Drinkmate that matches my Nostalgia brand small kitchen appliances and then saw that it fizzes more than just water and I was sold. I have been a Sodastream user for many years so I was half expecting it not to be as great but it is and I LOVE IT! It is so easy to use, makes very fizzy water and the color makes me happy. It's easy to insert the bottle onto the machine, easy to remove it, easy to tell when you have enough carbonation in the water from the sounds it makes, and very easy to release extra gas too. It works like a beautiful arctic blue dream so far and I have already busted through one full cartridge making bubbles. Very pleased with this pretty little carbonator. Something that would push it over the edge for many other I believe is if you could purchase glass bottles to use with it. I don't like drinking out of plastic. I currently use the plastic bottle to make the bubbly water then immediately transfer it to glass bottles and put them in the fridge.

I first bought a Soda Stream. If you want to make carbonated water, they are great. And that is the only instance when they are great. They carbonate water, period. If you drink alcohol with seltzer, the Soda Stream would be a great machine to have. Because I owned the Soda Stream and just wasn't finding any combination of carbonated water and flavoring that was worth making, I found myself in a group of carbonator enthusiasts. When looking for a way to make the Soda Stream useful, I ran into posts about the Drinkmate and how it can carbonate just about any liquid in existence. Don't ever do this!! But, you might be able to carbonate motor oil. I don't know why you would, but the Drinkmate 'might' be able to do it (don't try it!!). With the idea that I could carbonate drinks other than just water, I finally caved and ordered one. Yes, it cost significantly more than a Soda Stream. But oh my gosh!! I have found my love. It really does carbonate everything. If you want the most delicious sparkling apple cider you will ever taste, get a Drinkmate, buy a quality apple cider, and be amazed!! If you want to try carbonating everything you can think of, try a Drinkmate. I expect it would carbonate milk. I just haven't been brave enough to try it. My absolute favorite drink to make with the Drinkmate starts with Kerns Guava Nectar. I fill the bottle from 1/4 to 1/3 full of the nectar and top it off with cold filtered water. I then carbonate it. For my tastes, it is divine!! Doing the same thing with pineapple juice isn't bad either if you just remind yourself that you carbonated it and that it isn't pineapple juice that has fermented. Usually I toss pineapple juice if it tingles when I drink it, but I like it when it was purposely carbonated. Everyone has their own tastes. The fun is that with a Drinkmate, you can explore those tastes and possibly find your "divine". Note that not all things are equal. Not all liquids are equal. First, the liquids need to be cold to work best. Be warned, that some liquids foam up a LOT. And some hardly foam at all. All that means is that you need to pay close attention when you first carbonate some new liquid. If it foams like an active volcano, just let it sit longer before you try to remove the 'carbonator'. Guava nectar isn't bad. It will foam if I remove the pressure immediately, but it is fine after a minute or two. Their blurb says that you can re-carbonize beer. I believe that would be true. However, to carbonate any liquid, the bottle must be filled enough that the carbonator nozzle in submerged in the liquid. The smallest bottle I have found needs at least 12 ounces (preferably more) for the nozzle to be deep enough in the liquid to work. How often in your life have you opened a 12 ounce beer then let it just sit out overnight so that it needs re-carbonating? If you are doing that, you're popping tabs when you are way too drunk to be doing so. Go to bed! I wish they made a bottle half the size of the quart bottle. And, you can CARBONATE JUST PLAIN WATER with it if you want too!! :)

Got this recently with extra bottles tohave cold as well as the liquid, Works as intended , easy to use, they even sent me free little gift! (Thank you!) Arrived DAYS earlier than expected and the bottles really keep the fizz in!!! My roomies are jealous and want one now!

Took me a long time to decide what machine I wanna go with. I’m happy with this one. I can’t say I have experience with a lot of them however, this one does what I like. I even try gin with a Bublé drop of lemon and I’ll tell you it was fantastic.
