BHT150C 1/4" Manual Hammer Tacker

Q: I have bostitch 1/4 6mm and bostitch 3/8 9 mm and both staple sizes are too big to fit. Really frustrated. What size of staples does this thing use?

Loads two full sticks of Stanley® TRA700 or Arrow® T-50® heavy duty staples (1/4"-3/8"). If there are further issues, please contact BOSTITCH customer service.

Q: How to take the BHT150C hammer tacker apart when it jams?

On one side of the rubber handle you'll notice that it is almost like a raised button. Press on that with your thumb and the black pin will start coming out. Press the pieces together with your hand to slightly remove tension on the pin and then either pry it out using a flat-bladed screwdriver or with a pliers. The black part will then slide forward out of the handle, allowing you to clear any jammed staples. Reassemble in the opposite order. Hope this helps someone else, as I needed an Internet search to figure it out.
