Great product
Purchased this for grandson who is 7 yo. He wanted the bunk bed with a desk. He loves it and that’s what matters

Makes Space in a tiny room
This bed made my room SO MUCH BIGGER! It took 2 of us to put it together. It wasn't too bad. We will need to regularly tighten everything up as it moves a bit when getting in and out of bed. I love it!

Hard to assemble, shaky, squeaky
If not my daughter cried to have it…… I want to shred it into fine pieces. It’s sooooo hard to put together. The slats are a pain to go into the little holes into both side rails, yes, there’s holes, not notches. I couldn’t understand why it has such a stupid design, just imagine two dozens of small iron rods, keeping them in parallel, all together, end to end into designated holes. It was a total nightmare. Then the screws don’t go into their holes, they can’t align, they don’t turn, they turn at the beginning then start to fail halfway. We ended up with several screws aside because all these issues. Eventually we had a wobbly squeaky architecture. I was hoping the steps and the table underneath would help to stabilize the bed, but no, they don’t, the bed is still shaky. And my daughter couldn’t sleep on it because every time she rolls, the squeaky noise is loud enough to wake her up. There’s no padding provided to go in between the joints, terrible design again. And the build in “table” is so narrow, barely as deep as one book width, there’s not enough writing space at all.

Solid bed over desk set up
Have had this set-up for over a year, kiddo is hard on furniture and it has been solid and have yet to retighten any of the bolts. The stairs and desk has seen lots of water and stuff dropped on it. Have zero marks or water damage. I do wish it had a way to have a power strip mounted easily to the desk area.

Not sturdy and low quality parts.
Thin metal, especially rods that support mattress. Holes do not line up well and wood is thin.

Good bed for 5 yr old
5 yr old loves using the bottom as a fort. Good bed overall. A little more wobbly than I'd like
