Unsealed / Potentially Tampered With - Completely Unacceptable
I recently purchased this Biotique paste, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of basic quality control and hygiene standards, I immediately noticed that there was absolutely no protective safety seal on the top of the tube.As you can clearly see in my attached photo, the nozzle is entirely open and exposed. For any personal care or cosmetic product, a tamper-evident foil or plastic seal is a bare minimum requirement. Without a proper seal, there is no way to know if this item has been previously opened, used, or contaminated before it arrived at my door.I do not feel comfortable or safe using an unsealed product. I will be returning this immediately for a full refund. Buyers beware—check your tubes as soon as they arrive to ensure they haven't been compromised!
