## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it support sd card**
A: Yes a microSD slot

**Q: Can this phone be used without a contract just as a WiFi device? Or does it have to be activated to be unlocked?**
A: It has to be activated.

**Q: Similar question... Can you swap carriers?? And does anyone know of a 3 piece metal case for it ??**
A: No, this phone is for Verizon network only. You might want to read the reviews. My husband hated the 5G model. We returned it after only using it 3 days. He went back to his old Kyocera 4G phone. It kept updating during the night and erasing his apps and contacts!

**Q: Does this work on verizon regular 5g or only uw band?**
A: Yes, it works on Verizon 5G. I live in an area that only gets 4G and travel to areas that get 5G. My service switches depending on the area I am in.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn't know it was only 4G.
*by 1***R on August 8, 2026*

Decent phone and worked anywhere from New York to Florida on the East Coast. The charging port did get a little funky so rather than waiting for it to be non-chargeable I went back to basic Motorola g
