Cannot see any aluminum in the strands. I cannot say for sure they are pure copper though. I can say the cables appear high quality. The case as well. Cost is lower than any advertised as 100% copper. Your decision to make. **Q: Hundred percent copper or copper plated aluminum?** A: Copper plated aluminum. **Q: Are these rubber and will the remain flexible during the northeast winters?** A: Yes the insulated cables are nice. They should last winter weather conditions.
