First of all this is more for when you having anxiety and or panick attack. Not to sleep. I've been taking them as need it when i have panick attacks or anxiety. I’ve been using this supplement for a couple of weeks, and it does help me feel more relaxed, especially in the evening. However, the effect is mild and takes some time to notice. Still a good natural option for calming support.

Over the last few months, I've been having sleep issues. No problems falling asleep but when I wake up in the middle of the night, cannot fall back to sleep which has made for some very long days at work. After some research, found these passion flower pills can help. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and instead, left me feeling groggy and even more tired than when I would wake up too early naturally. My eyes felt heavy with a slight burning sensation, like being in a smoke filled room for several hours. After three groggy days and briefly falling asleep in my car during one of my breaks, I stopped taking them. I had anticipated the possibility of feeling groggy since some other reviews mentioned it. It seems reactions can be different depending on your own body so I can't really fault the product for how it made me feel, I just know it did not do what I had hoped. I will be seeking other methods to help with my sleep pattern.
