These are my favorite journals and they go out of stock often. I try to purchase one each time it come available for fear there will be a time they are discontinued.The leatherette is durable. I'm a little hard on my journal because I never leave home without it and it gets stuck in bags, jackets, and luggage often. I added my own pen holder and the pen fits snug inside the closing tab. The binding is reliable and the design is embossed and weathers most punishment.The only complaint I have is you can't select a color. Really, I don't care. I consider each purchase a bit of a lottery and I'm perfectly happy no matter what I get.

My only issue is that I could not choose the color I wanted. I wanted red but they sent yellow.

Is a good looking journal.purpal great solid color. This is a 5 star item

I like the design of this journal, especially the ability to stay closed and the marking ribbon. I don't like that they send you whatever color they have versus what you prefer.

The journal we received was not one of the pictured journals. We received a yellow one with no messaging or design. We previously owned the red one pictured and were looking to replace it with the same journal type. Returning the item since it was $20.

Kinda frustrated that you can’t pick the color you want, but it’s good journal! Just keep ordering and returning until you get the color you want.

Very thin paper. Ordered one color and got another, returned it and ordered a different journal.

I really wanted the teal color i was disappointed to receive the red color. I already have a red one. But its still nicely made.
