I've been using these cameras for a couple weeks and they work pretty much as advertised. The functions of these cameras so far have been good. However, I have had some issues with the PT (pitch, tilt) function. After contacting support they sent me 2 new cameras no questions asked. After using these cameras for a while, I've noticed using the slower settings for PTZ speed seems to work best. The customer support has been OUTSTANDING so far. Any issues with the system, I just email them, they respond pretty quick with the answer. There's also phone numbers to call and they use "what's app" to communicate. I haven't used customer service by phone, only by email and it's been great. The longest I've waited for an answer is a couple hours (probably because of the time difference) so far every problem I've had has been answered or resolved. The NVR set up is a bit confusing at first but if you have patience and work with it, you CAN figure it out. I've found that during the set up prosses you'll need to reset the system by unplugging and replugging components ect. You might need to do that multiple times though out the set up prosses and use customer support if needed. Overall I gave 5 stars for support alone. The cameras for the price are good with decent resolution. The PT function could be better but to have a remote security system for this price, IMHO, is pretty good.

Installed NVR and 4 Cameras in 2 hours. Worked as advertised and was able to load eseecloud onto my phone and laptop.

Best thing I have bought for my living room easy to set up great quality and I love that I can visualize my home even if I’m not there

The camera quality is good overall, the motion sense is waaaay too sensitive even at the lowest settings. It should also be noted that not only do you have to purchase the cameras, you have to pay for a subscription to be able to play them back which is an absolute joke!! The subscriptions are not only ridiculous, but ridiculously overpriced!! I can assure you for this exact reason I would NOT buy them again. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star rating is because the camera itself has functioned well so far.

Always re-creating a new home position. Never records when it is moving. Second camera had to replace this one already.

1) stopped recording, no matter how many times reset would not resume. 2) one camera had continued night vision problems, went in and out with pixel quality. 3) turned off by itself during the night once. 4) many settings wouldn't hold after adjusting/applying change. Became overwhelming

System worked great right out of the box. Easy setup customer service was quick with what questions I had.

Good for the money

The system as a whole exceeded my expectations. I am also impressed with the customer service I received when I had an issue with one of rhe power supplies. I have recommended this product to two of my friends who have now purchased their own after seeing my setup first hand.

Night vision is a big step up from my older system that I had for several years you can see a long ways in the dark, a great company to deal with as well , fast shipping absolutely no complaints👍
